Sydney songwriter Michael Larkings’ 5th album, ‘WELCOME TO THE WORLD’ is a collection of ten memorable songs, encompassing a variety of emotions and music genres, from driving, swaggering Alternative Rock and catchy Country ballads to haunting, sensitive Singer-Songwriter styles. It’s a fresh, original adventure of infectious rhythms, colourful melodies and evocative, relatable thoughts, delivered with his unique lyrical dexterity and embellished by acclaimed Australian producer, studio engineer and multi-instrumentalist, Michael Carpenter, who co-produced the album.
